1. Raw material pre-processing. The lumpy raw materials (quartz sand, soda ash, limestone, feldspar, etc.) are crushed, so that the wet raw materials are dry, and the iron-containing raw materials are de-ironed to ensure the quality of glass.

3. Melting. Glass with materials in the pool kiln or pool furnace for high temperature (1550 ~ 1600 degrees) heating, so that the formation of uniform, bubble-free, and meet the requirements of the liquid glass molding.

4. Forming. Liquid glass into the mold into the required shape of glass products, generally first molding the bottle embryo, and then the embryo will be molded into the bottle body.

5. Heat treatment. Through annealing, quenching and other processes to clean up or produce internal glass stress, phasing or crystallization, and change the structural state of the glass.
